Return & Exchange Policy

At BitterSour, each tee is made just for you — so we keep it simple and fair.

🚫 No Returns

We do not accept returns under any circumstances. Please double-check your size and order details before confirming your purchase.

♻️ Exchange Only

Exchanges are allowed only if:

• You received a wrong or defective product, or

• You need a different size of the same design.

Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.

💸 Exchange Shipping Fee

A ₹150 shipping fee will be charged for all exchanges — this covers both return pickup and re-shipping.

⏳ Exchange Timeline

Once we receive and verify the returned product:

• Your exchange will be processed within 5–12 days, depending on your location.

• Exchanges are not accepted for color or design preferences.

• BitterSour reserves the right to reject exchanges if the product fails the quality check.
